What a beautiful chocolate treat
You look sinfully sweet,
I’m wondering, are you too sweet for me?
Because I find it hard to believe
I think you aim to deceive
So I might indulge in your forbidden calories
Seductively spread across that platter
What a tasty tempting sight
A beguiling enthralling Confectionary delight
With a savory scent that teases
Mouthwatering guarantees
To satisfy the appetite, scintillate and please
You’re a divine delectable delicacy
So richly smooth and velvety
Can I dip in my finger, and sample your cream?
mmmmmm
You’re much too soft and subtle to slice
Shall I just scoop you with my hands?
You see etiquette and table manners
Need not be part of these dinning plans
I want to dine like I’m primal, Uninhibited like a animal
Sacrificial like and tribal, Unpretentious just natural
So can I
Slowly nibble on each morsel, Carefully catch all the falling crumbs
Will you
Let me Savor and appreciate each bite, like it’s my last and final one
I want to take my time feasting on you, no interruptions or rushing will do
I want to get lost in the joyful task of totally, wholly consuming you
Then when I’m finish and sorrowfully through
No fancy napkins or fine linens shall be used
To clean your lasting remnants, here is what I plan to do
One by one suck each of my fingers, to clean your sweet stickiness
Then lick the last of your flavor lingering and clinging on my lips
In a sweet culinary bliss, I’ll let the reminiscing begin
It’s Second only to the pleasure of eating you all over again…
