__________by Senia Moore

When to end it, that broken road of despair……
How to find the courage to just let go?
When to get up and deal with the pain…..
How can I pretend that I don’t need you?
I find myself crying every-time I look at you.
I look inside myself, and I know I’m slowly dying.
But I can’t stop the process of feeling like a loser.
It doesn’t do me any good to want you, when you don’t
want me.
Looking at you from across the bed, I feel pain in my
chest.
What am I to do with this love?
How am I going to let you go?
What in all of Hell am I going to do with this pain?
It feels like broken glass inside my heart,
the bleeding in my chest wont stop.
It feels like someone ripping out my lungs,
stopping the airflow to my brain.
More painful than Cancer eating away at my bones,
its more dangerous than kerosene leaking in my home.
It’s a Love that I can not stop, a feeling that will
not leave.
It’s a deep ditch filled with sorry that I can not
empty.
I am in Hell, where Lucifer wishes me to be.
I am in a cell, no bigger than a ant, no taller than a
bee.
And here in my loveless prison I guess I will dwell,
where I cant let go.
I have only the courage to love you, only enough
strength to
never let you go.
