I’ve learned the hardest thing
in life is to know the one you
once loved is now loving someone
else. How should I feel about this?
Should I smile because I still have you as my friend and no longer as my lover?
When I first met her I was afraid to
open up and give my heart
When I first met her all I wanted to do was kiss her and hold her in my
arms for ever, When I started loving you I was afraid as hell that I would loose you.
When I started loving you, my own feelings started scaring me because
the feelings where all so new.
There are days when I wish I could start the love affair again,
because the feelings you gave me and put in my heart, time will never heal
There would be days when I would sit and wonder when all the pain, and the hurt would end, when my loving you would end.
But in time and I hope and pray that I can find someone that can show me
love and make me feel as much love as you made me feel.
I can truly understand now why people say you will never forget your first love. Like Avant "you will always be my first love."
I just wanted to let you know you where my best friend, my lover, as well as my first love.
You will always hold a special place in my heart.
