They say they'll never break your heart
they'll never make you cry
when they do you want to die
they say it's all because of you
they can't help the fact that they loved you too
a couple of days later
you say she's tearing your heart
when she's not around
it feels like your heart has been soiled
and potted in the ground
you think of one another night and day
while you're working far away
you drown in your own tears
you have lots of fears
they say they'll always be there
and some day's they just don't care
and you think that's the way loves goes
some people would love to get a rose
i want to know one thing while i'm crying like a dove
why do fools fall in love?
