I stand alone
A fate worse than death,
The one my heart loves,
has put our love to rest.
I didn't think it could be possible
when we first began I just knew our
love was unstoppable.
Unbreakable was the vibe between us,
Unknown is what caused the Sun to
disappear from my sky once bright
Unknown is when things will ever be right
Bitter arguments....
a relationship blown into dust
I was happy more than I could ever express
Friends now stand, where it used to be lovers
Its hard for me because I want and need you as more
This transition is like none I've had before,
its happening so quick
My desire for you is as thick
as molasses in winter
My heart & soul ache for you
My spirit sad
You calmly place my heart back in my hand,
mind spinning out of control and mad
Cause I can't ....We can't be together
Like before...
I need more.....
I need you........
But that avenue has been blocked.
And it seems that all doors have been locked.
And once again I stand alone.
