Why is there nothing more beautiful than a black woman?
Maybe it's the way she carries herself with her head held high.
Maybe because she's a detailed portrait showing the world her black
pride.
Maybe it's the way the sunlight or the moonlight makes her brown skin
glow.
Maybe it's the way her dark eyes speak of happiness and sadness from
stories untold.
Maybe it's her strength and independent ways.
Maybe it's because she can handle her own and doesn't NEED you to stay.
Maybe it's the roundness of her hips or the thickness of her thighs.
Or maybe, just maybe God intended for her to be beautiful in my eyes.
