_____by T E Vaughner

When you speak I can't help but hear you
Your voice so different from my own yet so familiar
Holding you is ecstasy, torture and it is exquisite
Sometimes it saddens me because I can't feel this way about him
But most of the time I am happy because I know
Nothing he could ever do could bring me such joy

People say it's just the sex
They think we cling to each other for the thrill
Curious about something new
But I know that one look from you, one whisper
Makes me come harder than any of his appendages ever could
You reach my core

I've loved him before, in all his many forms
And while it was good it was never good enough
And while I may have seemed content I knew I was never fulfilled
And one truth always rang clear
Men were for sex
Women are for love
