She tugged at her gold Cross pedant with conviction.
And declared that if you claimed to love her,
You had to find her worth dying for.

And in my mind I shouted,
ID DIE FOR YOU! ID DIE FOR YOU!
So much so, that now, I believe its starting to ring true.

She explained that Passion is not just sex, lust and fire.
It is the ability to place the needs of another higher.
While an otherwise gullible world looks on in denial, AS YOU SUFFER!

Everyday I perish a little more inside.
Hoping she enjoys having an eternally oblivious life,
BECAUSE I CAN NEVER MAKE HER MY WIFE!

IF it were the other way around would she consider dying for me?
COULD she love me passionately?
WOULD I let her endure bigotrys Calvary?

I honestly thought her discernment of PASSION was marvelous?
But then again, when it comes to her, Im sickeningly biased?
If he had claimed to be this fervent about Jesus,
I could never sympathize with Judas?
