I have done so few self-portraits lately. when I came across this one, I had to share. this is the new me. this is the more recent me. as we get older, we change, we stretch and we are constantly searching for our old selves. but what I found in doing this portrait, is that I like the me now. I like the me that I’m growing into and becoming. the old me, made big mistakes. the new me, still makes mistakes but understands that mistakes are a part of life.
