Devonah Blackwell

Originally from the Midwest, Devonah migrated to San Diego in 1996. This 34 year old has been drawing since the age of 12. Beginning with cartoons, she eventually evolved into more realistic rendering. While she received her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts, Devonah believes that her talent is divine and inspired, not academic. She hopes to create a body of work that reflects her love of black people, black women in particular.
