I AM
I am who I am and there is nothing I can do about it.
I've struggled to be who I thought others wanted me to be.
I used to wonder why I was always falling short.
Now I know… I wasn't being myself.
I am who I am because of my guidance.
I am who I am because of my morals.
I am who I am because of my mother's backbone.
I am who I am and I am satisfied with that.
I am a woman of color.
I am a photographer.
I am a graphic designer.
I am Whoever I Want To Be.
